Jameson Sotheby's International Realty Marketing Programs
Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty utilizes a collection of marketing plans for residential properties, commercial properties, and new agent affiliations. These in-house printed books are distributed to real estate agents throughout the company. The books required a specific, consistent visual identity that followed brand style guidelines. The layout also needed to be flexible and adapt to varying types and quantities of information.
Spread and page structures were defined by a custom grid that allowed content to be displayed in three ways. Each piece of content could occupy a full two-page spread, a single page, or half of one page. This structure also created a visual hierarchy that establishes the most significant aspects of a given marketing plan by the space it occupies in a book.
These six programs were bundled in three or five tier packages for varying levels of exposure dependent on the agent or client needs.
